OUR MISSION

ReGrowth is an emerging online learning platform dedicated to fat liberation, community, and curiosity. We believe education can spark social change. By learning together, we can challenge diet culture and dismantle anti-fat bias.

Rooted in lived experience, ReGrowth invites fat people and allies alike to learn, unlearn, and grow together toward a world free from body-based discrimination. Our courses are designed to be joyful, empowering, and inclusive, helping people engage with liberation work at their own pace and comfort level.

At ReGrowth, we see learning as a shared act that connects our individual growth to the wider movement for body liberation.
