Who we are
The people behind ReGrowth.
ReGrowth was first thought of in a noisy and over-priced apartment in South London. Waxing lyrical on the state of inequality towards the fat community, Kate expressed a desire to educate more people about fat oppression. Catherine responded with a simple, ‘Why can’t we?’ and the idea was born. After many, many late night conversations and brainstorming, ReGrowth was founded and we began in earnest.

Why Regrowth?
“Discovering fat liberation was transformative for me. After years growing and learning across different social justice spaces, it emerged as a deeply personal strand of activism that spoke to my own life, my own body, and the way I wanted to show up in the world. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with the wider community.”
